Instructor: Dr. Brian Dozer, President of Vital Link, a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to preparing students for their future careers through experiential learning opportunities in career and technical fields, serves as adjunct faculty teaching management, organizational behavior, and leadership courses at Webster University Irvine, where he previously was Executive Director. Dr. Dozer is the co-chair of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce’s Business & Workforce Development Committee. Prior to transitioning into the education sector, he spent 20 years in advertising and marketing with various media organizations.
